By placing an order on cartvp-pro.lovable.app you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you check out.

Orders & acceptance

An order is a request to buy. It becomes a contract only after our team confirms it by phone, WhatsApp or email. We may decline or cancel an order if stock has run out, the address is outside our courier network, or the details cannot be verified.

Pricing & currency

All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your district. We recompute every total on our server before an order is accepted; if a listed price is clearly wrong we will contact you before shipping.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery nationwide, plus mobile wallet transfers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) where those numbers are published at checkout. Never send money to any account that is not shown on our checkout page. We will never ask for your wallet PIN or OTP.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days inside Dhaka and 3–5 business days elsewhere in Bangladesh. Estimates are not guarantees; courier delays, weather and political disruption can extend them.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and manufacturer packaging may change without notice.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for orders placed from your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under Bangladeshi consumer law.
