How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka orders arrive in 24–48 hours. Dhaka suburbs take 2–3 days and the rest of Bangladesh 3–5 days. Express delivery is available at checkout for a faster slot, and store pickup from our Narayanganj office is free.
How can I pay?
Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. You can also pay in advance with bKash or Nagad — send the money, paste the Transaction ID at checkout and we confirm your order, usually within 30 minutes during office hours.
What if a product arrives faulty?
Tell us within 7 days and we arrange the pick-up. Faulty or wrong items are replaced or fully refunded, and electronics carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order gets an order number and a live timeline — confirmed, processing, shipped, delivered — on the Order Tracking page in your account.
