Cancellation Policy

Before dispatch

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is handed to the courier. Message us on WhatsApp or call +880 1683-531604 with your order number. If you had already paid by wallet, the full amount is returned under our refund policy.

After dispatch

Once the parcel is with the courier we cannot recall it. You may refuse the parcel at the door; for prepaid orders the item then comes back to us and we refund the product value after the return reaches our warehouse. Repeated refusals of Cash on Delivery parcels may lead to COD being disabled for your number.

Cancellations by CartVP

We may cancel an order when stock is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our courier network, contact details cannot be verified, or an order looks fraudulent. You will be informed and refunded in full if you had paid.

Track before you cancel

Check the current status first on our order tracking page — many orders are already out for delivery.
